Hours of Operation  
 

The ePay-Recurring website (Americhecks.com) is operational 24/7/365 except for scheduled maintenance and upgrades for which you will be notified of in the Annoucements section on this page. 

Maintenance and upgrades are generally performed between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM and on weekends and holidays.

Customer Service hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, CST, Monday through Friday.  Customer Service is closed on weekends and Federal Reserve holidays.    See below in "Helpful links" for the holiday schedule.

ANNUAL FEE - Thursday, October 23, 2008
Last year we were able to waive the annual fee.  This year we must charge the annual fee, the good news is that it will be 20% off the normal amount of $150.  You can expect to see the annual fee of $119 posted to your account no later than November 5th, 2008. 
Virtual Terminal: A value added FREE service of ePayments Network - Tuesday, September 16, 2008

As part of your ePayments Network service, you can accept credit cards and debit cards right from your computer terminal by using our FREE Virtual Terminal and at no additonal fee.  You can even reduce your merchant account fees by adding an inexpensive magnetic card swiper.  Add an inexpensive PIN pad and accept PIN based debits to reduce your fees even more.
